Ms. Almog is highly educated and experienced in the field of Mediation, Negotiation, Coaching and Consulting. 

She is an NYU Polytechnic graduate (MBA) and a doctoral student at the Conflict Resolution Department, Nova University, Florida. 

A Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Civil- Circuit, County and Appellate Mediator.

A Florida State Certified Notary Public.

Ms. Almog is a facilitator, mediator, trainer and a coach. 

She has 23 years of experience in which she mediated and negotiated thousands of cases and advised companies and organizations.

In addition Ms. Almog has served as a co-Judge at the labor court and was approved by the Israeli Court Management as a court mediator and as a Mediation Training Institute.

Ms. Almog has established several Mediation Centers and was the manager of a Community Mediation Center.   

Ms. Almog was ACR- Association for Conflict Resolution- Board member and was chosen to be the Sections Director in charge of the organization’s 14 sections.

Ms. Almog was a member of a task force that conducted research for the USA Congress.

Ms. Almog brought an innovative method to help her clients. She named the method as 

“The EFRAT method”:

Evaluation, Facilitation, Resolution of Conflicts, Achieving goals, and Training.

This model was designed to make the transition to alternative conflict resolution more desirable than the traditional attorney-driven process.
